Best Integra Type R Upgrade (So Far)

By far this is the best performance upgrade I’ve done to my 2000 Integra Type R so far. Not only was performance increased, but in my case, emissions as well. That is a very rare thing with performance parts in my experience. I was lucky enough to purchase these exhaust parts used and I saved a ton of money as a result, but if you’re considering doing something similar to your vehicle, I strongly recommend quality exhaust parts like the ones I installed in this video. I wish I had been able to dyno the car before and after the exhaust swap. Since I saved the old exhaust, that might be a possibility in the future. However, know that I do feel a ‘seat of the pants’ difference in the car with the new exhaust. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it.
