100 KG Paya Recipe - Beef Nihari - Beef Trotters - Cow Nalli Curry Cooking by 15 Village Ladies

100 KH cow paya processing cutting and then Pakistani Paswar style paya/nihari cooking by 15 village ladies and serve with stream cake of winter to 400+ villagers. First ladies cutting this huge paya into small small pieces. Then they also prepared huge masala to cook nihari. They clean the nola/totters and then added all types spice masala in a pot and then added all small small size paya in the pot. Then they cook it for 5-6 hours with lots of water. In the mean time they prepared "Stream cake/Vapa Pitha" to serve with paya. After finish cooking paya/nihari and making about 800 Pieces stream cake ladies serve the food to whole village people.
