MY REVIEW | THULE ROUND SPORT 100500 BIKE CASE REVIEW

I have seen plenty of write ups and and a couple of videos of this case. But I have not seen a comprehensive video review of the case when it's in use so I decided to bridge that gap. All in all I like the case, but as you can see in the video it does have some issues. Bottom line; if you are going to travel with a bike, you are going to take some risks and you'll have to trust that it will all work out if you do your best to securely pack it. That said, there is room for improvement. PROS: 0:51 Case Plastic is Sturdy 4:12 Plastic is Sturdy 13:52 Better than a soft case. CONS: 0:44 Clasps are cheap. 1:17 Clasps are cheap. 6:10 Dropper posts can be an issue (if cables are concealed). 10:39 Tightening the straps takes practice. 12:32 TSA will likely not know how to re-pack the case. 12:43 Tends to bulge between strap locations. 13:06 Weight 14:18 TSA DID NOT KNOW HOW TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER.
