This bed design is one of the most interesting I've seen. It works perfectly with a short 144 wheelbase Sprinter and I think the only way to sleep 2 and have a full shower/bathroom. I'm impressed the ability to fit all that, plus all the systems used from A/C unit and Van Life Tech Heating System.
