New Personal Best While Live Baiting For Perch On The River Waveney! With still a bit of weed in the river the only way to target these big Perch is by livebaiting. Launching from Beccles Quay and head up river on this beautiful sunny day it wasn't long before we had some perch on the boat! Armed with a bucket of caught livebait, a couple of @riggedreadytravelfishingro7803 rods myself and James head out on the River Waveney in his boat looking for that big Perch. Method: hair rigged live bait using nitrinol 6lb wire. The great thing about using nitrinol as a trace is that it can be tied and doesn't need to be crimped.
