Sticky Honey Lemon Chicken Wings

How to make sticky honey lemon chicken wings at home. No oven needed, and they’re sweet, tangy, juicy, and incredibly delicious. Ingredients 650g chicken wings 4 cloves garlic, minced A little chopped parsley A small piece of ginger 1 lemon Marinade 1/8 tsp salt 1 tsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp cooking wine 1 tsp lemon juice a few slices of ginger 1 tbsp cornstarch Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes. Directions 1. Pan-fry the chicken wings until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside. 2. Melt a small piece of butter. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. 3. Add 2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Stir to combine. 4. Return the chicken wings to the pan and toss until evenly coated. Cook until the sauce thickens. 5. Turn off the heat. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and some chopped parsley. Toss well and serve.
