8-Minute Powerful Devi Sadhana Guided by Sadhguru | Daily Sadhana | Experience Devi's Grace

Today, we will be doing one cycle of Devi Sadhana, which takes approximately 8 minutes. We will begin with Devi Dandam—a posture that enhances your receptivity to Devi’s grace. This will be followed by the chanting of Devi Stuti along with Sadhguru. Before we begin, please ensure that the ambience around you is supportive of the practice: Switch your mobile phone to Do Not Disturb mode. Sit with your palms open and facing upwards. It is recommended to light a lamp and keep a photo or image of Devi in front of you. (An image of Devi will also be included in the video.) Please remain seated and do not get up during the sadhana, as any interruptions may disturb the subtle reorganization of energies that occurs during this process. Stay still and attentive for the full duration of 8 minutes. If you wish, you can practice 1, 3, 6, 9, or 11 cycles. This sadhana can be done daily to receive the grace of Devi.
