4 Door Suzuki Samurai Overland Project Returns!

In this episode of The Unlikely Overlander, we're back in the shop making more progress on our custom 4-door Suzuki Samurai build! While we're still waiting on parts for the diesel Samurai that blew up in Utah, I decided to jump back onto one of my dream projects—a stretched, custom-built 4-door Samurai overland rig. In this video, we: ✅ Continue fabricating the custom rear door and door frame ✅ Discuss plans for the 125" wheelbase and 5-foot flatbed ✅ Talk suspension, 37-inch tires, and overlanding setup ideas ✅ Show how we're transforming a tin-top Samurai into a one-of-a-kind adventure rig ✅ Run into a few fabrication challenges and rethink our rear window design This build is completely custom and we're learning as we go. The goal is to create a functional overland rig that looks as close to factory as possible while pushing the limits of what a Suzuki Samurai can become.
