About Episode 109: In this episode we head to Dash Point State Park to get some exercise and explore the trail system. We begin our 7-mile adventure along the waterfront, curious about the fisherman wading in the shallows searching for clams. After checking out the beach, we make our way into the forest zig-zagging the expansive network of trails leading to the campground and behind residential neighborhoods.
