This Is... The Swamp | Forward Together

In this episode of This Is... The Swamp, we get a look at everything that goes into making the Gators Football program run. From the weight room with Coach Mark Hocke, to the training and recovery area for the student athletes, every area of the building is designed to maximize the success of the team. We get an inside look at Head Coach Billy Napier's daily routine as he navigates between staff meetings, team meetings, and finding time in between for a workout. By the time the Gators hit the practice field, the plan is in place from hours of hard work that preceded it. After that, we are off to New York City with the Gator Made program. This business development trip visited various establishments in NYC giving our student athletes the opportunity to grow, network and experience business on a grand scale. Take a stroll with Punter Jeremy Crawshaw through Central Park, and take a look behind the curtain at the NFL League office, Linkedin, Barstool Sports, Louis Vuitton, Meta, and more... Cementing his legacy as a Gator, O'Cyrus Torrence earned All-American Honors this past season for his play on the offensive line. Take a look at the process of his brick getting engraved, as well as a look back at the journey he took from Louisiana to Gainesville. Wide Receiver Ricky Pearsall gives us a look at his work ethic and daily routine of catching 100 balls a day without a drop. Then into the meeting room we go, where we get an inside look at the approach of three new assistants on the staff. WR's Coach Billy Gonzales is back in the Orange & Blue, Russ Callaway is elevated to the roll of TE's coach, and Austin Armstrong is here to leave his mark on the Gators defense with a personal approach.
