The Long Arc: How Rotary’s Investment in People Compounds Over Time Wyn Spiller: Rotary International Director, Zones 26 & 27 (2025–2027) A Rotary Club of Grass Valley member since 1994, Wyn has served as District 5190 Governor, Zone 27 Endowment and Major Gifts Adviser, and Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator. She and her husband Steve share a deep commitment to the Rotary Foundation, with a special interest in the Rotary Peace Centers and peacebuilding programs. They have experienced humanitarian projects in Uganda and Mexico. Wyn is a recipient of The Rotary Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service. Lorelei Parker: Rotary Peace Fellow, Chulalongkorn University (2019) Lorelei’s Rotary story began at 17 with a Youth Exchange to South Africa in 1998, an experience she describes as her peacebuilding incubation. It led, eventually, to a Chulalongkorn Peace Fellowship in 2019 and a career built around Indigenous reconciliation, Positive Peace, and youth leadership. She co-created the first Amazing Peace Race at the 2025 Calgary Convention, co-facilitated the RPF alumni retreat, and has been featured in Rotary Magazine as “Ambassador at Large.” She is an inaugural Positive Peace Activator and active RPFAA contributor.
