Drunk Cop REFUSES To Give His Name To Arresting Officer

This body camera footage captures the arrest of an Albuquerque Police Department officer by Police in New Mexico after he was found sitting inside a crashed silver Ford Mustang on the west side of the city. The man refused to identify himself, denied being involved in any crash despite a completely folded front tire and a downed tree, and repeatedly told officers he was "just hanging out" on the road. After nearly ten minutes of noncompliance, officers noticed an Albuquerque Police Department insignia on the suspect's cell phone — at which point he admitted he was a sworn APD officer assigned to the Southeast Area Command Problem Response Team. 📹 FOOTAGE SOURCE: This video uses body camera footage obtained through public records.
