Based on the course "Private Law Institutions" (2020) at UNINETTUNO. The course covers the fundamental notions and concepts of private law in general. The program encompasses all aspects of private law through the study of its institutions, according to the systematic structure of the Civil Code. From an educational perspective, the course aims to provide a comprehensive basic understanding of the institutions of personal and family law, succession, property and real rights, obligations and contracts, and civil liability, as well as an introduction to the system of sources of law and legal terminology.
