Dunno where I went with that one but first run in a while and we're off to a banger, with Polyphemus showing up on the second floor to already hand you an unfathomably easy win off the bat. Not too much else happens for a while, some stats here and there, nice tear effects like Euthanasia and some nice trinkets show themselves. You also get absolutely no keys or bombs for several floors and have to miss out on the alt path for once, oh well, at least you get a Planetarium to yield you Saturnus. You also finally get yourself an Angel Deal with none other than Genesis inside, prompting you to redraft your entire run considering you'll get your D6 back as Isaac anyways. Now this is where the real fun stuff happens, because this draft upgrades every single item of yours across the board. You snag yourself Neptunus, a Spindown Dice to lead to Magic Mushroom, Inner Eye, Echo Chamber, Sacred Heart and Chocolate Milk. Your stats are insane and you get to vomit tears all over the screen in mere milliseconds and you're not done yet. Because your very next item room holds none other than Polyphemus again, returning from the great beyond to once more grace you with absurd damage. You now safely steamroll the rest of the game until the Dark Room, where more goodies await in form of Brimstone, Monstro's Lung, Playdough Cookie, a Death Certificate turned Rock Bottom and Mutant Spider just to name a few. Sure, your fire rate is absolutely abysmal now, but one barrage of tears and Brimstone beams is also all it takes to dispatch most foes who may oppose you, be that Mega Satan. Delirium may need a few extra shots but he doesn't put up much of an extra fight beyond that and you've had a wonderful time.
