NC500 Part 4, Scourie Campsite, Bone Caves, Gairloch Harbour

Day 8, been on the road a week. We was able to park in Smoo Caves car park. Now heading to Durness to try the other Cocoa Mountain. Then to Scourie. Best drive Ian has done yesterday. West side is the best side. Do we have a toastie before leaving??? We do try out the air fryer on the inverter, cook pain au chocolate. Using the solar, so costing us nothing. It's great for charging the walkie talkies too. Air fryer, hair dryer.... Parking is tight at Cocoa Mountain. It has to be done. It's on a craft area with shops. Passing places to let the traffic go by. Mountains and water. We arrive at the campsite, view is cracking. Through the gate, down to the bay. Amazing, sheep everywhere. Scourie Community bird hive. Beach walks. Visit the pub. Day 9, looking for a waterfall. On our way to Kylesku bridge, we stopped as we saw a dear. Spectacular views. Cattle grids. Ardvreck Castle ruin. We walked to the waterfall across the road. Nature is a marvellous thing, beautiful. We attempt the bone caves. Last bit is a challenge to climb. Good hike. We came across some fighting mountain goats. Then we saw another dear. He crossed the road and jumped the fence. Park 4 night, Gairloch Harbour, £10 a night. Has a Post Office, shop and a coffee shop. We will be filming our motorhome adventures. We are a little bit different to most YouTubers, we go to sites, a bit of wild camping, but we also go drag racing, we do quite a lot of American hotrod shows, a few steam rallies and a bit of Carp Fishing. #motorhome #scotland #nc500
