Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi revealed that President Prabowo Subianto received the letter on Tuesday (July 14, 2026). According to Prasetyo, the letter sent by the Attorney General is currently being processed according to the applicable procedures. "Because the letter only arrived yesterday, we ask for time. Perhaps today we will follow up on the Attorney General's proposal," said Prasetyo Hadi at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday (July 15, 2026). Prasetyo explained that the rotation proposal will then be discussed through the Final Assessment Team (TPA) before being confirmed by the President. He also confirmed that Kuntadi's name was included in the list of officials proposed by the Attorney General. "Yes, based on the letter," said Prasetyo when asked about Kuntadi's proposal for the position of Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus). However, Prasetyo declined to reveal the names of other officials proposed in the letter. He emphasized that all proposals would be announced to the public after the evaluation process and the President's decision were complete. Previously, a copy of the letter proposing the rotation of Attorney General officials circulated on social media and included several names projected to fill strategic positions in the Attorney General's Corps, including the position of Jampidsus.
