Warrior Werks – Whetstone | Episode 56 – Three Boxes, Unexpected Generosity & Great Knives

In this episode of Warrior Werks – Whetstone, I go over three recent packages, several thoughtful gifts, a few future projects, and a couple recent knife-related finds. First, I showcase a package from JC Mountain Ajar. Along with the items we had discussed, he included some honey, beeswax, and a RoseCraft Blades Mosquito Lake Moose. I had mentioned previously that I was looking for one of these after seeing his, and it was incredibly thoughtful of him to remember that and send one my way. Next, I go over a package from Brother Chuck Ashley. During previous conversations, Chuck knew I had been looking for a Spyderco Paramilitary 2. He mentioned he’d see what he had available. What I didn’t expect was for him to send one as a gift. Along with a thoughtful handwritten note, it was a gesture that I greatly appreciate. The final package comes from Brother William in Montana. William sent several knives for project work, but he also included a number of unexpected gifts. Among them were a custom slip he made himself, an Old Timer 8OT, a Prince Albert Ulster knife canister, and several handmade knives crafted from repurposed materials including antler and vintage silverware. The creativity, craftsmanship, and generosity behind these gifts are greatly appreciated. I also provide an update on a Buck 112 warranty repair, recently returned from Buck Knives. As always, Buck’s customer service continues to impress me. To wrap things up, I show a Gerber multitool I picked up for only four dollars at a garage sale, discuss adding my email address to the channel description to help viewers contact me more easily, and provide a quick update on Blade Blubber, which is still available. As always, I’m humbled by the generosity, friendship, and support of this community. Thank you to JC, Chuck, and William. Thank you for your support and for supporting the craft. ⸻ ‪@MountainAjar‬ #WarriorWerks #Whetstone #KnifeCommunity #SpydercoPM2 #RoseCraftBlades #BuckKnives #Buck112 #OldTimerKnife #KnifeCollection #KnifeProjects #TraditionalKnives #EDC #GerberMultitool #BladeBlubber #SupportTheCraft
