How I Practice
The most difficult thing in our sport is throttle control. Throttle control is where most people struggle in this sport. The more you expose yourself to the constant up and down speed at practice the more confidence you will have when you see them at matches. I set my practices up not only for the physical test but the mental challenges as well. Every target or setup should have a purpose. If it doesn’t you are wasting time and money.
