Ed Powell Interrupts a Robbery at Goodwill

Perpetrator becomes victim as Ed Powell's interrogation subject, a Portland Goodwill cashier, is taken hostage mid-call by a gang of shameless shoplifters. The Officer attempts to diffuse the situation by way of his trademark oratory skills - although this time the "traditional" method might prove more useful in obtaining convictions for both sets of these ne'er-do-wells.
