I didn't marinate it for long, so I applied the seasoning while the cabbage was still alive, and the cabbage was still crunchy even after a few days. ㅎㅎ It was perfect for boiled pork. ^^ My younger sibling loves raw green onion kimchi, so he said it was so delicious that he asked me to make it again next time. You can't have boiled pork and kimchi without makgeolli, right? We had a wonderful time drinking Yuja Makgeolli and Peanut Makgeolli, my sisters' favorites. ^^ (It's no secret that we got drunk and talked a lot!)
