DUCK HUNTING A 10 Yard Wide ICE HOLE | Tight Decoying MALLARDS

The 2025 duck hunting season has come to a close across Minnesota but before we broke out the ice fishing gear, we had to head out chasing some ice hole mallards one more time. Luke and I made the long drag with our kayaks to get to a tiny 10 yard wide hole that a couple thousand ducks and a few honkers had been keeping open. After learning from our mistakes on the last hunt, we threw out a small spread and tucked the kayak layout blinds into a thick stand of cattails to wait on the flight. It didn't take long for huge flocks of mallards to start pouring back into the marsh and boy were they decoying in tight. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy!
