so the reason todoroki isn't a hero is because he wanted to disappoint his father so he ran away and ran into Midoriya Midoriya moved to the U.S after all might told him he couldn't become a hero Eri is Midoriya’s adopted child Overhaul hadn't found out how to use her quirk to make the drug so he abounded her, deku found her and decided to adopt her. he becomes a band leader soon after he met todoroki the reason he decided to become a bandleader was to help his mom with the bills and stuff, but also because he really liked singing.
