This ferry trip took me 21 hours in a junior suite on the Shin Nihonkai Ferry "Suisen." It took about 21 hours from Tsuruga Port in Fukui Prefecture to Tomakomai East Port in Hokkaido. This was my first time staying in a junior suite, and it was decked out in my favorite color, red, which really got me excited. And when you think of suites, you think of grilled meals.
