Test Balloons before the WA9ONY-5 Pico Balloon Launch

Test balloons are used to check wind conditions before launching the WA9ONY-5 Pico Balloon. The best launch conditions are no clouds, no winds and the Sun is high enough in the sky to power the Pico Balloon solar panels. The test balloon has a free lift of ~2.6 grams, the same as the WA9ONY-5 Pico Balloon. They were released before launching WA9ONY-5 Pico Balloon.
