We’re so excited to show you all the new Schuberth C5 modular helmet, the latest state-of-the-art tour motorcycle helmet from the popular German helmet manufacturer. After the somewhat disappointing C4 and C4 Basic, Pro and Carbon variants we’re very happy to see many improvements on the new Schuberth C5 model. One of the biggest new things is that the C5 features the ECE 22.06 safety rating as one of the first high-end flip up helmets in the world. In this video I’ll be taking you through all the new features and specifications and giving my opinion on the new helmet. The fit and shape of the C5 helmet is much better, the helmet feels more solid and it even comes with preparation for a new Bluetooth communication system: the Schuberth SC2. The Schuberth SC2 system is based on the SENA 50S, which means this helmet has the MESH 2.0 network and you can connect with many more riders than with the SC1 systems.
