First Look At The Rigged & Ready X5 Rod & Case Whilst Wild Camping On Wast Water Lake District. Yes! I finally got my hands on this 5 piece fishing rod! Something I've been after for ages now since seeing it on many videos of my friends in the community. It's stylish, compact and fits together in minutes. I'd planned to head over to Ennerdale but as we were driving up, I turned to Leon and said lets give Wast Water a shot and I'm so glad I did. It is now in my top 5 places of beuty, it is absolutely stunning it really is and if you haven't been before please give it a try. Armed to the teeth with lures, spinners and spoons I spent the full day and into the night getting to grips with this classic fishing gear. As daylight started to fade it was time to get the tents up and start on the food. We both took the OEX Bobcat 1's with us and I'm sure you guys are happy with that choice of tent as I know you all seem to like them. We set up just on a small hill top overlooking this beautiful Lake then cracked on with making the food. I took the Bushbox and the Trangia on this one, both worked together perfectly! The night drew in and being that we were in a Dark Skies area of the park we were treated to some of the most amazing stars we've both ever seen and also Leon thought he saw a UFO!
