2012 Dodge Challenger Blend Door Actuator Diagnosis and Replacement
This blend door actuator wouldn’t stop clicking and it was driving the customer crazy! Here I will show you how to replace a blend or mode door actuator on a 2012 Challenger. Some other Dodge cars (like the Charger) are set up in a similar way. You will need a T20 torx socket to remove the screws that hold the blend door in place. Other than that, some basic hand tools are all you need.
