We went to a local resto-eatery in Samal Island and tried BALBACUA and PAKLAY for the first time! 🇵🇭 I love discovering new places to eat and meeting local people who live with heart here in the Philippines ❤️ For a long time, I kept passing by this little place — it always smelled so good, always full of cars outside. And every time I thought, it must be delicious there! Finally, everything aligned — good timing and a good appetite 😅 The food was amazing, but what made it truly special was meeting the owner — such a kind and genuine man. He’s originally from Samal, spent many years working in Manila, and then decided to come back home to open his own eatery.
