Conquering the Lake Como Trail Race: Our 30km Journey Through the Italian Mountains | UTLAC30

As we headed out to Italy, myself and Liga were both super excited about our first big trail running adventure of the year, the Lake Como Trail 30km, UTLAC30. We arrived in the stunning town of Lecco, checked into our hotel which had stunning views across the beautiful Lake Como and we collected our race numbers ready for the event. Being a mountainous race route, we really didn't know what to expect and maybe we got more than we bargained for. We had some lovely flowing trails to run, incredible views of Lake Como, but also some of the most challenging and technical trails that we have ever taken on! We travelled out to Italy for the first big adventure of 2023 and, boy, did we get one...
