Hamilton x Death Stranding 2 Boulton wrist watch unboxing

Wrist watch videos will be here, but most of what I do nowadays is over on    / @radiojim   The DS2 Boulton weighs 120 grams. I also weighed the F91W at 20 grams, the DW-5000R at 76 grams, and the Prospex SBCD141 (on the Uncle "oyster") at 150 grams. At 17:44 I commented on how I wished it had screw-in pins, but I realize now that the material being titanium probably makes that impossible. Also, I really enjoyed sizing this bracelet, so I don't think I have a strong preference for screw-in pins anymore. At 10:32, I measured the "lug-to-lug" at 57 mm, but that was technically "end link to end link". If you plan to remove the bracelet for some insane reason, the true lug-to-lug is 48 mm. Really nice watch overall. I really like how light it is, and the bracelet makes me want to buy more black PVD watches. My main critiques are: I wish it had 60 minute indices instead of just 12 indices at 5-minute increments. I also wish the hands were more legible, because they tend to disappear into that black dial. I think a handset like the one on the Timex Deepwater TW2Y02200 would have been better. And the lume on those hands would just be a bonus. I'd like to see Hamilton make a derivative version of this watch that isn't strictly a Death Stranding watch, like they did with the 38mm Murph, or like Seiko did with the AGAM403. Granted, Boulton was already a line of watches before this. So the result would be a derivative version of an extra-fancy version of a normal Hamilton watch. But who's to say we can't have that?
