Björk's Swordfish Recipe 🐟 1- Boil Swordfish (300-400g) for 10 minutes 2- Boil 10 potatoes, then clean and cut them into small pieces 3- Fry onions with a lot of butter until soft 4- Layer Potatoes, onions and swordfish into a oven safe bowl 5- Season with white pepper and black pepper 6- Repeat layers until bowl is full 7- Pour 300ml of cream over the layers 8- Sprinkle white pepper on top 9- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes 10- Serve with Black bread and camembert cheese Then savor the flavor and enjoy Björk's tasty Swordfish!
