Copperplate Variations

Working away on the letterforms with a little bit of commentary. These 18th c., variations are a real treat. There is so much to be shown but more importantly there is so much which can be learned from researching them and writing them with a pencil and then a pointed nib. For me the nib twisting and turning is such an amazing push. A real joy to be able to share these with you. @pascribe @tncaligrafia This will be an ongoing series to help get you interested in the shapes we have in English Roundhand but also in the hopes that it will encourage you to do some historical research.
