My Very First Time Setting Up A Tent! The North Face VE25!

I am completely new to the world of overnight trips and have only done a few in my life.. and those times I did go there was always someone else setting up the tent for us! Well not this time! Have a laugh while you watch me struggle with this North Face VE25 Mountaineering Tent! It took me about 25 min to figure it out! I’m determined to level up my outdoors skills, one step at a time. Snow coming down from my house was much deeper and had a breakable crust early in the day before it froze solid overnight - so the snow shoes were initially necessary. And even though I only had like 5 inches under the tent I wanted to treat it the same as a backcountry scenario, doing all the steps. 😜 After packing it down with the snowshoes like I would in deeper conditions I realized I could puncture my precious tent and I took them off.
