Sika roar hunting 9 days Solo fly camp! 118kms through the Kaimanawa's with my deer indicating dog!

This episode Maia and I head into the Kaimanawa's chasing Sika deer for the Rut. Maia hits another level this trip and hunts extremely well! We had so many amazing up close encounters with sika deer and plenty of success. Shooting 5 deer in total including 2 mature stags and heaps more on camera. We had great weather, great hunting in an beautiful part of the country. Living off what we hunted, we camped and hunted our way through the ranges traveling 118 kms all up.
