Nostalgia Spectrum: Street Hassle

Street Hassle (also known as Bad Street Brawler on other systems) is a 1988 side-scrolling beat 'em up by Melbourne House. You play a wrestler looking character in polka-dot underpants navigating an urban apocalypse, fighting bizarre enemies like old women with umbrellas, Andy Warhol-like characters, gorillas, and dogs. This sort of game is indicative of the early computer era where games didnt have fixed genres it wasn't always Fifa, COD or Fortnite we had a mixture of games that publishers took risks on but still released. Some games were successes others failures but we got loads of games to play 😉
