Hello. This is Rebuilder. The product I'm showing you today is the SMP Duke Fire. It's the second protagonist of Brave Police or Robot Investigation Team K-Cops. Since Super Minipla (SMP) are a must-have collectible, I had no choice but to build it, regardless of its condition. Last time, I showed you a review that seemed to mirror the harsh reviews of the J-Decker. Honestly, the J-Decker itself wasn't bad. This time, the Duke Fire, similar to the J-Decker, had some issues with the sticker quality, but overall, I saw a lot of improvements. One of them is the proportion parts. The Duke Fire had virtually no proportion parts. Aside from the hand parts, there were almost none. Looking at the design, the proportion parts were built into the Duke itself. While it can transform to near-complete form, its proportions are also quite good. Of course, in the case of the Great Combination, the appearance is similar to that of the Takara DX, so using proportion parts will bring it closer to the original. Looking at the Duke Fire itself, the transformation process is based on the concept of disassembly and reassembly, and I can feel the effort Bandai's food toy team put into perfectly capturing the Great's appearance. Interestingly, however, Duke's ambulance mode robotic arm hasn't been improved in any of the products from any manufacturer. It can't even be stored!
