Batea: La marisquería informal de Manu Núñez en Barcelona
#thefaithfulchef #restaurants #barcelona Batea is Manu Núñez's second restaurant in Barcelona, opened a year and a half after Besta. It's an informal seafood restaurant where the menu is dictated by the sea each morning. In this video: scarlet prawn croquettes with a slice of picanha steak, a cold seafood platter in three bites, sea bream ceviche with corn tiger's milk, Betanzos-style omelet with squid noodles in pil-pil sauce and Galician garlic sauce, surf and turf rice with beef tongue and chimichurri, and two surprising seasonal desserts. A cuisine with Galician roots, solid technique, and plenty of character. 📍 Batea — Barcelona More at http://elcocinerofiel.com/ You can subscribe to the channel here: https://www.youtube.com/subscription_...
