Peel and finely dice the onion and sauté it in a little oil in a pan. Peel and finely dice the garlic and add it to the pan. Cut the chicken into large cubes and sear it in the pan. Add the passata, the juice of half a lime, and the spices, and mix everything well. Finally, add the coconut milk and let the curry simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with the rice.
