Install SCG Galvanize frame C74, U76 at 0.5 m. 3. Install SCG Smartwood Wood Plank by SCG needle point screw 23 mm. at 1.5 cm. from upper edge 4. Cutting wood plank to be a tool and make it convenience when #installation or use the tool instead 5. Overlapping of SCG Smartwood Wood Plank is about 25 mm. 6. Check the level every 5 plank 7. Continue install on another sides How to install Corner Post 1. Use drilling machine to make hole through SCG Outer Corner Post at 2 cm. from edge, and at 1 cm. from lower edge of SCG Smartwood Wood Plank 2. Make hole through SCG Smartwood Wood Plank at the position which drilled previously by using 7 mm. concrete drill machine 3. Embed SCG Plastic insert 37 mm. on SCG Smartwood Wood Plank, and install SCG Outer Corner Post cement by using SCG needle point screw 38 mm. How to cover screw head 1. Make sure the screw head needs to be embedded about 1-2 mm. 2. Rub it by cutter or sand paper neatly 3. Seal the screw head by SCG Smartwood Acrylic Sealant 4. Leave it to dry for about 1 hour in room temperature How to paint 1. Use SCG Acrylic Paint for fiber cement cream primer (100% water base) 2. Stir the paint properly 3. Paint primer coat 1st round, and leave to dry about 4-6 hours 4. Paint primer coat 2nd round, and leave to dry about 4-6 hours 5. Apply SCG Acrylic Paint 1-3 layer and wait until dry 6. Before paint SCG Corner Post, use paper tape at the area between wood plank 7.
