Kryon's Co-creation Prayer, channeled by Mario Liani. What is Co-creation? The process of awakening consciousness involves the discovery and certainty that nothing happens by chance; we are the ones who create our reality. There is not a single thing in our lives that has not been manifested by ourselves. Often unconsciously, of course. Accepting this idea can, at first, represent a great challenge for our EGO. We can blame ourselves: That accident, that robbery, my financial crisis, the violence I suffered, the illness that almost killed me, did I create all of that? It's not possible! It wouldn't be fair, it would be stupid to create bad things for our own lives... And the suffering of the world? The children who go hungry, the miserable, those who have no chance at all... did they create that themselves? To understand the concept of co-creation, it is necessary to broaden our vision beyond duality, beyond the concept of good and evil. Here in the third dimension, we need duality to have CHOICES, which facilitate our learning. We need to know the opposing poles to choose one of them, or better yet, to choose the MIDDLE PATH. We need to know pain to choose its end. An experience is a path through which another can manifest. Good and evil are two filters through which we experience reality. Buddhist masters affirm: there are no mistakes, only experiences. Our mission as human beings is to live, experience, and choose what we want to live. And what if we embraced this, if we increasingly expanded our consciousness? We would begin to consciously choose good, beautiful, and right... We would begin to consciously create our reality. At this moment we look around us and ask: what am I creating? What am I manifesting? We look at everything that exists outside of us to know what we are vibrating. Our friends, our relationships, our bank account, our health, our body, our work. We look at our homes, our drawers... We realize that everything around us is a perfect vibrational reflection of what exists within ourselves. Everything that surrounds us is a precise indicator of the quality of the vibration of beliefs, thoughts, and feelings that we emanate. Facing the world in this way is LIBERATION. We then begin to create images of what we truly want: full health, contentment, constructive friendships, a new profession, financial abundance. A life without worries, because we know that everything in our world depends only on ourselves. We then begin to seek self-knowledge, to research, to perceive synchronicities, to light small lamps to illuminate the next step. Not the entire path, but at least the next step. We begin to perceive where we sabotage ourselves, at what point we resist, at what point we boycott ourselves. Our comfort zones. At what moments do we say yes, but want to say no? At what moments do we doubt our abilities? We broaden our perception of the present moment. We become aware of what we are doing NOW. And finally we realize: is this path I have chosen the path of the heart? What I am doing NOW, am I doing it with all my heart? Often, wanting and desiring do not come from the heart. Sometimes desires come from the mind, the ego, media manipulation, advertising, what others have made us believe... Only our heart recognizes the truth, like a pulse. When we begin to vibrate something so strongly, the vibration finds no alternative but to expand. And it is in this expansion that physical matter is created and manifests, just like in the Big Bang.
