Why I Always Leave IKEA Inspired — Etobicoke Shop With Me

Why IKEA Is My Favourite Spot for Home Decor Inspiration (Etobicoke Visit!) Hey friends! Welcome back to Style by Bellina. Today I’m taking you along to one of my favourite places to wander around and soak up home decor inspiration — IKEA. This time I hit up the Etobicoke location, and as always, it did not disappoint. The Showrooms Are Pure Inspiration If you’ve never really paid attention to how IKEA stages their rooms, you are missing out. The room staging here is honestly some of the best you’ll find anywhere. Whether you’re someone who leans into bold colour choices or you prefer soft, muted tones, there is something in these showrooms for you. The bedrooms, living rooms, and kitchens are all so well appointed — every little detail is thought through. It’s the kind of place where you walk in for ideas and leave with a whole mental mood board. And can we talk about the prices? So reasonable. Another thing I really love is how multifunctional everything is. You can take one piece home and use it in five different ways depending on your space. That kind of versatility is gold when you’re trying to make a home feel intentional without breaking the bank. How I Shop IKEA (My Personal Routine) When I walk into IKEA, I always start the same way — strolling through the showrooms first. I take it all in, discover new pieces, and let the inspiration build before I even think about buying anything. After that, I head into the organizational areas. The cabinets, the carpets, even the picture frames and photography displays — that whole section is exciting to me. There’s something about seeing it all laid out that gets the wheels turning for my own space. Then it’s onto the bedding area, where you can grab beautiful duvet sets, and the bathroom section, which has some genuinely fantastic towels. From there, the marketplace is the final stop, and that place is a treasure trove of kitchen items and home goods. Oh, and a little bonus — IKEA sells plants too, which is always a nice surprise to round out the trip. Sit Back and Enjoy the Tour! So that’s why I keep coming back. On this trip I explored the Etobicoke location, and I’m bringing you along for all of it. Grab a cup of tea, get comfy, and let’s go shopping together. Whether you’re decorating a new place, refreshing a room, or just love a good store walkthrough, I hope this video gives you a bunch of ideas to take home.
