How to turn off Motion Blur for Windows 7 and below: 1- Click "Start". 2- Click on "Run" 3- Type "Regedit" - without the " " 4- Browse untill you get that address: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Games\Need for Speed Most Wanted" 5- you will find "g_MotionBlurEnable" 6- Right click on it, press Modify, and change the value data from 1 to 0. 7- Click "Ok" and exit.
