The meat is distributed to Muslim families across Hungary as well as to soup kitchens for non-Muslims. Jan's next stop on his journey through Europe is Austria. Ramazan Demir, a teacher for Islam at one of Vienna's biggest schools, discusses the Austrian Islam law with his students. Besides his teaching job, he volunteers as a counselor for Muslim prisoners. The most famous Austrian cake, Sachertorte, is produced as halal for the export to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other Islamic countries. To get certified as halal, a lot of rules have to be followed. The summer resort of Zell am See is flooded by rich Arab tourists from the Gulf States.
