Dune - Extended/Alternate Ending

Another Dune video, and just like the worm summoned by Usul, it is a big one! You won't find any rain here, in fact, you'll find the original ending Lynch shot that was nearly word-for-word from the book. Thufir's character gets closure, Paul fights Feyd, and finally takes Irulan as his wife to secure the throne. The music in some of these extended final scene was already present on the deleted scene, meaning Thufir's fate and "History will call us wives" were both sadly cut very late in post-production. For all the flack Lynch gets on this movie, here's proof that he did indeed do his best to adapt things faithfully.
