🇻🇳 PHO - NOMENAL 60 Year Old Beef Brisket Pho + Michelin Bun Cha in Hanoi Old Quarter

Today was my third day in Hanoi, Vietnam and I definitely made up for lost time! I headed out for the ultimate Pho Bo (beef pho with brisket) in Hanoi old quarter and I have to say, for what it's worth, this was top 5 pho I've had anywhere. I headed to a 60 year plus old Pho shop called Phở Gia Truyền Bát Đàn in Hanoi Old Quarter and tried the mixed beef pho. It was incredible! Next up I tried to go to a hidden bun cha spot but it was closed so I ended up at the Michelin recommended Bun Cha Dac Kim. It's super famous and was ok, but maybe I'm just not that keen on bun cha!
