Het verborgen verleden van Zandvoort Documentaire -Zandvoort tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog

The documentary "The Hidden Past of Zandvoort" was made by Stefan de Groot for the exhibition of the same name, which ran from March 8 to June 30, 2024, at the Zandvoorts Museum. It explains the history of Zandvoort during World War II, including the large number of Dutch Nazis (NSB) supporters, the deportation of Jews, the demolition of Zandvoort, and the construction of the Atlantic Wall. Stefan de Groot interviewed writer Frederik de Vos, who was 10 years old when the Germans invaded Zandvoort. The documentary stirred up a lot of emotions and can now be seen for the first time on this YouTube channel. Subscribe to this YouTube channel for more videos.
