Morning Chaos to Movement: 10-Minute Post-Breakfast Workout @

Woke up at 7:30 AM and immediately jumped into full mom-mode! My youngest definitely doesn't wait around for Mom to get ready, so breakfast had to happen right away. 😂 After getting her fed and sorted, I knew I needed to move to help stimulate my digestion, so I transitioned straight into a quick, low-impact workout. As you can see, my outfit choice isn't exactly the standard "visually appealing" activewear, but honestly, working out in whatever I already had on is a total game-changer.
