Wooden Body Shooting Hand Plane

I built a shooting plane, out of redgum using a lee valley wooden plane hardware kit. Shooting planes let you shoot ends of boards to get a perfect 90° end to your board (or any other angle) more accurately than a mitresaw or tablesaw. I purchased the kit directly from Lee Valley https://www.leevalley.com/en-us/shop/... though if I make another plane, I probably will just buy a blade rather than the full kit #woodworking #handplane
