Green Building Skills video: Air leak Pulse test

This video is intended as a training guide for Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team staff. Richard Jack from Build Test Solutions (BTS) shows how to set up and carry out an air leak Pulse test in a property. The test measures how air tight a property is, which is vital to improve the energy performance of the building. He shows how to put together the equipment, prepare the space, measure the dimensions of the property and carry out the test. Energy performance measurements are being carried out in homes across the Lancaster West Estate as part of the estate-wide carbon neutral refurbishment.
