Alegeri de primar în comuna Marga din Caraș Severin
There are also partial elections today in the commune of Marga in Caraș-Severin, which was left without a mayor after the incumbent mayor ran for the City Hall of Oțelu Roșu, where elections were held in May. Approximately 850 voters are on the electoral lists of the commune of Marga, but they did not crowd together to vote today. They all vote in a single precinct. There are only two candidates in the race. Nicolae Beg - PSD and Ioan Florin Marcu - PNL. Beg has also held the position of mayor for 3 consecutive terms. Former mayor Nicolae Beg gave up his mandate in April to run for Oțelu Roșu on behalf of AUR, but lost to the social democrat Grigore Goja. Beg returned to the PSD in November and is now running again for the City Hall of Marga. The electoral process took place without incident. People say they don't mind that there are elections again, they want continuity, for projects to move forward, they are satisfied with what has been done so far
